BUMBLE BEE, AZ (September 26, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, a disastrous two-vehicle crash on Interstate 17 and Milepost 249 led to injuries. 

The incident happened at around 12:30 p.m. on Interstate 17 and Milepost 249.

According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, two vehicles collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders transported victims to a hospital with serious injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed northbound Interstate at Milepost 249 but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the DPS continued to investigate the crash.
