2 People Hurt in Long Beach Auto Accident on Atlantic Avenue near 91 Freeway
LONG BEACH, CA (July 8, 2024) – Sunday morning, a disastrous two-vehicle crash on Atlantic Avenue near 91 Freeway injured two people.
The incident happened at around 4:17 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, north of the Artesia (91) Freeway.
According to Jake Heflin of the Long Beach Fire Department, the crash involved a patrol vehicle that crashed while chasing suspects from an illegal street takeover.
Moreover, responders transported two officers to a hospital in stable condition.
Furthermore, authorities arrested at least one suspect from the incident.
