3 People Hurt in Humboldt County Auto Accident on Highway 101 and Big Lagoon
HUMBOLDT, CA (December 5, 2023) – Monday afternoon, a disastrous single-vehicle crash on Highway 101 and Big Lagoon injured three people.
The incident happened at around 1:35 p.m. on the northbound side of Highway 101, to the north end of Big Lagoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle crashed and was partially submerged in the water.
Moreover, responders transported three people to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Furthermore, Buddy’s Towing responded to the scene and removed the vehicle from the water.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
