SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 12, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a disastrous rollover crash on Interstate 37 North near South New Braunfels Avenue injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. on Interstate 37 North near South New Braunfels Avenue.

According to the San Antonio Police, two vehicles collided for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed one of the vehicles to roll over.

Moreover, responders transported one of the drivers to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that the driver of the overturned vehicle fled the scene on foot after the incident.

Also, the crash closed the highway near Hot Wells, but has long since reopened.
