1 Person Hospitalized in Cajon Pass Auto Accident on Interstate 15 and Cleghorn Road

CAJON PASS, CA (October 11, 2023) – Monday night, a disastrous rollover crash on Interstate 15 and Cleghorn Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 8:55 p.m. on northbound Interstate 15 at the Cleghorn Road exit.

According to the California Highway Patrol, dark-colored pickup truck crashed and rolled over for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responding firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated two occupants of the vehicle who were trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed the fast lane and the #2 lane of the interstate.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
