1 Person Injured in Desert Hot Springs Auto Accident on Interstate 10 and Gene Autry Trail
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (February 7, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a disastrous rollover crash on Interstate 10 and Gene Autry Trail injured one person.
The incident happened at around 12:15 a.m. near the Interstate 10 and Gene Autry interchange.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a big rig rolled onto an SUV for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders transported a female occupant of the SUV to a hospital with major injuries.
Furthermore, the crash closed three eastbound traffic lanes, but have long since reopened.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
