TRINITY COUNTY, CA (February 29, 2024) – Tuesday night, a disastrous pedestrian crash on Westridge Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 8:00 p.m. on Westridge Road.

According to Post Mountain Fire Chief Astrid Dobo, a vehicle struck a young female child for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders airlifted the victim to a hospital with critical injuries.
