2 People Hospitalized in Bay Park Pedestrian Accident on 1700 Knoxville Street
BAY PARK, CA (October 9, 2023) – Saturday night, a disastrous pedestrian crash on 1700 Knoxville Street injured two people.
The incident happened at around 6:55 p.m. in the 1700 block of Knoxville Street.
According to the San Diego Police Department, a southbound 2013 Toyota Venza struck two female pedestrians, a 64-year-old woman and a 67-year-old woman, who were walking in the southbound lane of traffic.
As a result, paramedics transported one of the victims to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Also, authorities confirmed that the other victim complained of pain after the crash.
Moreover, authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.
