4 People Hurt in Sacramento Multi-Vehicle Accident on Grant Line Road and Jackson Highway

SACRAMENTO, CA (August 29, 2023) – Monday afternoon, a disastrous multi-vehicle crash on Grant Line Road and Jackson Highway led to injuries.

The incident happened at the intersection of Grant Line Road and Jackson Highway.

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the incident involved three vehicles, including a garbage truck. Also, the collision knocked down high-voltage power lines, which caused all three vehicles and the nearby vegetation to erupt into flames.

Moreover, responders transported three people to a hospital with unknown injuries. Also, paramedics treated and released one person at the scene.

Furthermore, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District rushed to the scene and put out the fire in both the vehicles and the vegetation.
