SAN DIEGO, CA (August 24, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a disastrous multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 805 near El Cajon Boulevard injured one person.

The incident happened at around 6:43 a.m. on northbound Interstate 805, south of El Cajon Boulevard.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident involved a total of four vehicles.

Moreover, responders transported one person to a hospital with minor injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed three left lanes of northbound Interstate 805, but has long since reopened.
