Injuries Reported in Peoria Multi-Vehicle Accident near 73rd Avenue and Northern Avenue
PEORIA, AZ (May 9, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a disastrous multi-vehicle crash near 73rd Avenue and Northern Avenue injured 2 people.
The crash occurred at about 7:00 a.m. near 73rd Avenue and Northern Avenue.
According to reports, the multi-vehicle crash caused one person to be taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Meanwhile, another person suffered minor injuries.
Authorities are currently investigating whether speed or impairment contributed to the collision.
In response to the incident, Northern Avenue was shut down in both directions from 71st Avenue through 75th Avenue. The road was reopened around 11 a.m.
