DUBLIN, CA (March 7, 2024) – Wednesday morning, a 10-year-old boy suffered injuries in a disastrous bicycle crash on Davona Drive near Chatam Street.
The incident happened at about 8:05 a.m. when a 10-year-old boy rode his bike west on Davona Drive near Chatam Street.
Then, an eastbound vehicle on Davona Drive hit him.
As a result, the young bicyclist sustained significant injuries and was taken to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland for treatment.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene of the crash and has been cooperative with the investigation. Also, officers revealed that drugs or alcohol didn’t play a role in the crash.
