Injuries Reported in Redwood City Auto Accident on Highway 1 near San Gregorio Beach

REDWOOD CITY, CA (June 13, 2023) – Monday, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash on Highway 1 near San Gregorio Beach sent 6 people to hospital.

The incident involving two vehicles occurred on Highway 1 near San Gregorio Beach Monday.

Reports confirmed that one of those hospitalized was in critical condition. Meanwhile, one patient sustained moderate injuries and four others had minor injuries.

Firefighters with Coastside Fire and the San Mateo County Fire Department came to the crash scene.

Also, the crash led to a traffic backup along the highway since one patient was airlifted via helicopter.
