Dionicio Ajanel Killed in Pursuit Crash on Wilton Place [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (September 03, 2021) – On Thursday, Dionicio Ajanel, 31, died, and two others suffered critical injuries in a police pursuit that ended in a crash on Wilton Place.

The authorities from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division’s Vice Unit started a pursuit of the suspect at about 11:35 p.m. 

Later on, at 11:45 p.m. the suspect crashed with two uninvolved vehicles near the intersection of Wilton Place and Sixth Street.

An occupant of one of the vehicles died at the scene. Authorities later identified the individual as Dionicio Baten Ajanel.

On the other hand, the rescuers took the two injured occupants of the other vehicle to a hospital. Officers said they are in critical condition.

The officers took custody of the human trafficking suspect and took them to a hospital in unknown condition.

No further details about the Wilton Place pursuit crash were available.
