Hayward, CA (January 14, 2022) – On January 06, 21-year-old Diego Tzoy-Lux of San Mateo died in a pedestrian accident on Hesperian Boulevard.

The officers responded to the crash scene before 6:15 a.m. at the intersection with Panama Street.

When the authorities arrived, they pronounced Tzoy-Lux dead at the accident scene.
