Diego Reynoso of Turlock Arrested in DUI Crash on Fulkerth Road [Turlock, CA]

Turlock, CA (July 26, 2023) – At at 1:03 a.m. on Sunday, the authorities arrested Diego Reynoso, 22, of Turlock, following a DUI crash on Fulkerth Road.

Responding officers said the multi-vehicle collision took place in the 2000 block area wherein a silver 2011 Chrysler Town and Country, a white 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD, a 2001 Toyota Tundra, a white 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, a 2022 Toyota Highlander, a gray 2017 Dodge Journey, and was a 2012 Toyota Corolla were involved.

Apparently, six of those vehicles were just parked and unoccupied while the seventh vehicle was occupied by driver Diego Reynoso and his passenger.

Reynoso did not sustain injuries but his passenger incurred minor injuries.

Investigating officers noticed that Reynoso was displaying objective symptoms of being under the influence. Officers asked Reynoso to participate in standardized field sobriety tests and he agreed and completed the tests.

Moreover, the authorities confirmed that Reynoso was under the influence of alcohol.

The authorities arrested and booked Reynoso into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol causing bodily injury to another person and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater causing bodily injury to another person.

The authorities also issued Reynoso an administrative driver’s license suspension order from the California Department of Motor Vehicles and impounded his vehicle.
