Fresno, CA (July 25, 2022) – On Sunday, 56-year-old Diana Hernandez died while officers arrested 18-year-old Andres Rodriguez-Cervantes in a hit-and-run crash on Tulare Avenue.
The fatal crash took place before 9 p.m. near 9th Street.
Immediately, the paramedics responded to the crash scene but declared Diana Hernandez dead.
