LAKE ELSINORE, CA (May 22, 2023) – Sunday morning, a devastating two-vehicle crash on State Route 74 near Hammack Avenue killed one person.

The incident happened at around 5:30 a.m. on westbound State Route 74, just east of Hammack Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, two unidentified vehicles collided for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that one person died in the collision. Then, paramedics transported one person to a hospital with moderate injuries. Also, a patient declined further treatment at the scene.
