The incident occurred at 12:24 a.m. on the Lincoln Avenue on-ramp to the northbound Orange Freeway, said the California Highway Patrol.

Reports said that a vehicle struck a pedestrian.

According to reports, officers found a black Nissan Sentra on the right shoulder. Meanwhile, the pedestrian was located unconscious. However, they haven’t clarified whether a second pedestrian was involved.
