1 Dead in Odessa Pedestrian Crash on 1400 8th Street and Allred Avenue
ODESSA, TX (June 9, 2024) – Saturday morning, a devastating pedestrian accident on 1400 8th Street and Allred Avenue.
The incident happened at around 1:35 a.m. on East 8th Street and Allred Avenue.
According to an investigation by the Odessa Police Department (OPD), the fatal incident involved a black Ford F-150.
The truck was traveling westbound in the 1400 block of East 8th Street when it struck a pedestrian in the roadway. The individual who was hit was pronounced dead at the scene by the Ector County Medical Examiner’s Office. The identity of the deceased has not been released.
