BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 27, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a devastating multi-vehicle crash on Rosedale Highway and Jet Way.

The incident happened at about 10:35 a.m. on Rosedale Highway and Jet Way.

According to reports, the incident involving two motorcyclists led to the death of 1 person.

Meanwhile, the preliminary investigation said that the motorcycle riders traveled in tandem. Then, they made a southbound turn onto Jet Way from westbound Rosedale Highway.

However, an eastbound motorist on Rosedale Highway struck both motorcycles.

After the crash, one of the male motorcyclists succumbed to injuries at the scene. Then, the other male motorcyclist suffered major injuries and was transported to a hospital.

Also, the involved motorist suffered no injuries in the crash. Also, reports said that the motorist has been cooperative with the investigation.
