The incident happened at about 5:39 p.m. when a motorcyclist crashed into a van.

According to reports, a 20-year-old man riding a dirt bike south on L Street failed to yield at a stop sign at L Street and West 4th Street. Then, it collided with a white van that had entered the intersection. Moreover, the 52-year-old driver of the van sustained injuries.
