1 Person Dead in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident near Interstate 10 and 59th Avenue
PHOENIX, AZ (July 29, 2024) – Saturday night, a devastating hit-and-run crash near Interstate 10 and 59th Avenue killed one person.
The incident happened at around 11:00 p.m. near Interstate 10 and 59th Avenue.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a car struck a female pedestrian, and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Paramedics pronounced the victim, dead at the scene.
Arizona Department of Public Safety confirmed that no description of the hit-and-run vehicle was available as of this moment.
