1 Dead in Rialto Auto Accident on W Valley Boulevard and S Cactus Avenue

RIALTO, CA (September 3, 2024) – Last August 23rd, a person died in a devastating head-on crash on W Valley Boulevard and S Cactus Avenue.

Reports revealed that the incident occurred at about 9:22 pm. on West Valley Boulevard, east of South Cactus Avenue.

Responding to the incident, the Police Department and Rialto Fire Department arrived at the scene of a head-on crash involving a Nissan Cube and a Chevy Pickup. 

Three individuals were involved in the collision, with two being transported to medical facilities and one person pronounced dead at the location. 

The Rialto Police Department is actively investigating the factors that led to the fatal accident. No further information was released from the scene.
