1 Dead in Glendora Vehicle Crash on Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue

GLENDORA, CA (April 1, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, a devastating auto accident on Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue, said Glendora police Sgt. C. Farino.

Reports revealed that the woman, the sole occupant of the sedan was rear-ended by another vehicle before it veered and crashed into a tree, Farino added.

Then, officers said that the woman was declared dead at the scene and the driver of the other vehicle suffered no injuries. Her identity remained undisclosed.

Reports said that the intersection was closed for four hours while officers investigated the crash.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
