WHITEWATER, CA (July 15, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a devastating 2-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 and Haugen Lehmann Way killed 1 person.

The crash occurred at about 2:40 p.m. on the I-10 and Haugen Lehmann Way exit.

According to reports, the crash left one person dead and two others were taken to the hospital with major to moderate injuries.

Also, the California Highway Patrol confirmed that as of 3:30 p.m., all lanes have reopened on the I-10.

However, the Haugen Lehmann off-ramp remained closed.
