Woman Hurt in Hesperia Bicycle Crash on E Avenue and Olive Street
HESPERIA, CA (March 22, 2021) – Friday afternoon, Derrianna Daniels suffered injuries in a bicycle accident on E Avenue and Olive Street.
The incident that injured 22-year-old Derrianna Daniels happened on E Avenue and Olive Street. According to reports, a vehicle driver stopped at a stop sign but didn’t notice Derrianna Daniels riding a bicycle.
Before the crash, 55-year-old Laura Byrd traveled west on Olive Street. Meanwhile, Daniels rode north on E Avenue on the southbound side of traffic. According to reports, the intersection is located less than half a mile south of Shoe City and Porgie’s Liquor & Deli on Main Street.
As a result of the crash, Daniels sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to a hospital.
The crash didn’t cause any other injuries. Meanwhile, deputies responded to the scene at around 1:00 p.m.
