Passenger Killed in Branson Rollover Crash
Branson, MO (August 12, 2024) – 42-year-old Denis Amilcar-Rizo of Nicaragua was fatally injured in a DWI collision on Francis Street Saturday evening.
The Branson Police Department officers responded to the solo-vehicle rollover crash on Gretna Road.
When they arrived, officers declared the passenger, Amilcar-Rizo, deceased.
The driver, a 31-year-old Guatemala man was arrested and jailed in the Taney County Jail for DWI charges.
Troopers are still investigating the collision.
