San Bernardino, CA (August 26, 2023) – On Friday, Demetrio Villafana, a 29-year-old Fontana resident sustained fatal injuries following an S Tippecanoe Avenue collision.

The authorities from SBPD responded at about 2:08 a.m. to the crash scene near Hardt Street.

Responding officers declared the driver, Demetrio Villafana dead at the scene at 2:17 a.m.
