Toyota Kills Pedestrian in Traffic Collision on Highway 4
Brentwood, CA (March 31, 2023) On Thursday morning, a pedestrian crash on Highway 4 led to the death of a person.
CHP says that the fatal traffic collision happened around 3:30 a.m. on the eastbound Highway 4 on-ramp from Lone Tree Way.
Reports say that a Toyota Camry fatally struck an unidentified pedestrian. Officials pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. Officials say that the person was on the roadway of the on-ramp at the time of the fatal collision.
Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the scene and was not injured.
The CHP’s Contra Costa area office is handling the investigation and has not released further information about the pedestrian crash at this time.
