Big Rig Involved in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Bundy Canyon Road in Wildomar

 
WILDOMAR, CA (October 09, 2019) — A pedestrian accident on Bundy Canyon Road claimed a person’s life on Tuesday morning.
 
The authorities said the incident occurred at about 6 a.m. between Mission Trail and Orchard Street. The area is near Elsinore High School.
 
An investigation showed that a tractor-trailer was eastbound on Bundy Canyon when it hit the pedestrian. The pedestrian was walking eastward on the same road at the time. The victim died at the scene.
 
Meantime, the officers closed Bundy Canyon Drive until around 11:30 a.m. while they processed the scene. They have not released the identity of the pedestrian. However, the investigation is ongoing.
