SUNOL, CA (July 22, 2019) – A person died in a motorcycle accident on 680 Freeway on July 19 near Sunol.
 
According to the CHP, the rider crashed into a work truck on northbound 680 Freeway. The rider kept splitting lanes on the freeway before the collision between Andrade Road and Calavera Road.
 
Due to the crash, authorities issued a sig-alert. The crash also blocked the two left lanes at the evening commute.
