Hit-and-Run Crash Fatalities

In a time when we lose a loved one in an unfortunate accident, we may be left feeling powerless. This is quite common in the difficult aftermath.

Thus, it is crucial that the loved ones of the deceased know that they may file a wrongful death suit.

A wrongful death suit allows families to hold parties liable for the irrevocable damages they have caused. Depending on the scale of events, settlements can be anywhere from several hundred thousand dollars to tens of millions of dollars.

Furthermore, according to NHTSA, pedestrian and cyclist fatalities continue to rise in the United States. As a matter of fact, more pedestrians and cyclists were killed in 2018 than in any year since 1990.
