David Gutierrez Dead in Sun Valley Hit-and-Run Crash near Lankershim Boulevard

 
SUN VALLEY, CA (July 21, 2020) – Late Sunday night, a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident occurred near Lankershim Boulevard which killed 24-year-old David Gutierrez.
 
Moreover, the crash happened at around 10:40 p.m. southbound on the Golden State (5) Freeway near Lankershim Boulevard.
 
The hit-and-run crash left Gutierrez, of Moore Park, with fatal injuries. The authorities declared him dead at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, the CHP said that the hit-and-run car may be a red big rig. Furthermore, the authorities shut down the southbound lanes until after daybreak during the investigation.
