Morley Resident Dave Roseland Injured in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 61 [Morley, MO]

Morley, MO (August 29, 2024) – 66-year-old Dave Roseland of Morley was injured in a motorcycle crash on Highway 61 Wednesday morning.

It was about 10 a.m. when the collision happened at Park Road, more than a mile north of Morley.

Troopers said 1999 Harley Davidson driven by Roseland was passing a 2000 Freightliner. However, as the motorcycle was passing, the Freightliner drove into the path of the motorcycle.

The rescuers rushed. Roseland to St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau with serious injuries.

MSHP said he was not wearing a safety device when the collision happened.
