Darrell Thomas Jones Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Highway 99 [Houston, TX]

Houston, TX (June 24, 2024) – 27-year-old Darrell Thomas Jones was fatally hit by a vehicle on Highway 99 early Saturday morning.

The authorities responded at about 1:22 a.m. to the crash scene at the 10200 block area.

When they arrived, officers found Jones dead.

Moreover, investigators said the victim was walking from north to south and failed to yield the right of way to vehicles.

The authorities don’t know who hit Jones, but they located parts from the suspect vehicle at the crash scene.

Officers are investigating.
