MIDLAND, TX (May 28, 2024) – Monday morning, authorities arrested Danny Paul Rodriguez after an alarming hit-and-run crash on 200 East Florida Avenue.

The incident happened at 200 East Florida Avenue.

According to reports, an eastbound midsize maroon Cadillac SUV struck two pedestrians, then fled the scene northbound without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders rushed the two pedestrians to a hospital, one with life-threatening injuries and the other in stable condition.

Furthermore, officers managed to locate and arrest the hit-and-run driver, identified as 36-year-old Rodriguez.
