29-Year-Old Loma Linda Man Fatally Injured in Collision near Day Creek Boulevard
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (August 28, 2018) – A man was killed in a car crash on the 210 Freeway, early Tuesday afternoon. The victim was later identified by the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office as 29-year-old Daniel Raymond Ayala of Loma Linda.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at approximately 12:30 PM near the westbound Day Creek Boulevard off-ramp.
Officials located a damaged 1999 Kia Sportage at the scene with Ayala inside of it. He was pronounced dead on the scene by first responders from injuries sustained in the crash. There are currently no details on the events leading up to the collision.
Officials continue to investigate the fatal collision, and are seeking the public’s help to submit any information related to the incident. No fruther details have been disclosed at this time.
