Motorcyclist Daniel Negrete Avila Dies in East River Road Crash 

Tucson, AZ (October 26, 2021) – Monday afternoon, 21-year-old Daniel Negrete Avila died in a motorcycle crash in the 2400 block of East River Road.

The fatal crash in Tucson happened at around 12:30 p.m. on October 25. 

Tucson Police said Avila died after he rode a blue 2017 Suzuki SV650 into a white 2017 Buick Enclave while attempting a left turn from a private road in the 2400 block of East River Road.

Meanwhile, the Enclave driver showed no signs of impairment and cooperated with the officers. 

No charges or citations are issued at this time. 

Moreover, police said the Enclave driver failed to yield, contributing to the deadly East River Road crash.

Further investigation into this fatal accident is ongoing.
