Daniel Franco Dies in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Santa Ana Freeway [Irvine, CA]

Irvine, CA (September 24, 2022) On 59-year-old Daniel Franco of Lake Forest died in a fiery multi-vehicle collision on the Santa Ana (5) Freeway.

CHP say that the fatal crash happened at the southbound freeway at Jamboree Road at around 4 a.m.

The Orange County Sheriff Department say that 2 other people were injured in the crash that involved big rig. Authorities identified Franco as the person who died at the scene.

Meanwhile, paramedics transported the 2 injured people to a hospital for immediate treatment.

Authorities are investigating the fatal multi-vehicle crash on Jamboree Road, and at this time have not provided additional information.
