Daniel Brace Jr. and Chamise Mae Hurd Injured in 2-Car Crash on I-5
Red Bluff, CA (July 1, 2020) – On Tuesday, Daniel Brace Junior and Chamise Mae Hurd were injured in a 2-car crash on I-5.
The accident happened at around 6:30 a.m. when a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling south on I-5 just south of Riverside Avenue.
The Malibu then hit the left rear of Mazda. As a result, the Mazda spun into the center of the road, as did the Malibu.
Just then, the Mazda crashed into the guardrail and continued to spin while traveling south. It then struck a cemented bridge wall and tilted the front half of the vehicle.
Rescuers rushed the Mazda passenger Chamise Mae Hurd, 39, to Mercy Medical Center for treatment. Next, they took the driver, Daniel Brace Jr, 35, to St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. He sustained major leg injuries.
Furthermore, the Malibu driver, Neil Moosaie, 32, sustained head injuries. Rescuers rushed him to St. Elizabeth.
As always, it is crucial to pay attention whenever driving. Keeping focus while maintaining the right speed can help prevent devastating accidents.
