MADERA, CA (April 4, 2023) – Sunday night, two people sustained injuries in a dangerous two-vehicle crash on Granada Drive near Greenwood Drive.

The incident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on Granada Drive near Greenwood Drive.

According to the Madera Police Department, a vehicle attempted to pass another vehicle but ended up sideswiping it. Then, the force of the crash pushed one of the vehicles to collide with a tree.

Moreover, responders airlifted one person to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries. Then, paramedics transported another person to a hospital via ground ambulance.
