1 Hospitalized in Visalia Auto Accident on Highway 198 and Shirk Road

VISALIA, CA (April 4, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, a dangerous rollover crash on Highway 198 left 1 person with serious injuries.

The incident happened at around 5:00 a.m. on Highway 198 and Shirk Road.

According to reports, a truck hauling an off-road vehicle lost control, crashed, and rolled over for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated the driver of the vehicle trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics transported the driver to a hospital with serious injuries. Also, three passengers of the truck with minor injuries managed to exit the vehicle on their own.

Furthermore, officers do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.
