Semi-Truck Involved in Collision near Madre Street

PASADENA, CA (January 12, 2019) – Damage was sustained in a semi-truck crash on eastbound 210 Freeway, early Saturday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 3:59 AM, just west of Madre Street. Based on their report, a fuel tanker truck was involved in the incident. A small pickup truck was also found at the scene. Details about the case were not yet finalized.

The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They confirmed that there was no injury sustained by the involved motorists.

The guard rail was said to have collision damages. The No. 5 and 6 lanes were closed while rescue, clearing and cleaning operations took place in the area. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident to help identify the possible contributing factors. Additional information has yet to be released.
