3 Cars Involved in Crash on Highway 101
SAN RAFAEL, CA (June 27, 2019) – Authorities investigated the amount of damage sustained in a multi-car crash on northbound Highway 101, Thursday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place just north of San Pedro Road. It happened at approximately 10:27 PM. Based on an initial report, three vehicles were involved in the incident. One car fled the scene afterward.
The paramedics arrived for needed medical attention. They had not recorded any injuries sustained by the involved motorists.
No. 1, 2, and 3 lanes closed due while authorities cleared the area.
An investigation is still on-going to determine the cause of the commotion. However, police did not release any other information regarding the accident at this time.
