Truck Involved in in Hit-And-Run Crash Near Willow Pass Road
PITTSBURG, CA (October 16, 2019) – Damage sustained in a hit-and-run crash on Highway 4 eastbound on Wednesday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 5:30 AM near Willow Pass Road.
Based on a report, six vehicles were involved in the incident. All parties sustained damage after being struck by a semi-truck that left the scene after the commotion.
The paramedics requested for needed medical attention. However, they did not report any injuries involved in the incident.
Police issued a SigAlert closing Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5 lanes while clearing operations took place in the area.
Police continue to investigate to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect. No other details were released at this time.
