SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 17, 2019) -A car chase crash occurred in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond neighborhood on Saturday, April 13.
According to witnesses, good Samaritans chased a car occupied by suspected burglars.
The pursuit resulted in a violent crash at the intersection of 40th Avenue and Cabrillo Street.
Three other vehicles were part of the incident. Two were parked.
The impact of the collision pushed one vehicle into the doorway of a house causing damage to the home.
Witnesses stated that the people in the pursued vehicle had just broken into at least one car.
San Francisco Police said that they detained several people in the suspect’s car. However, others ran off and have not been found.
