4 Injured in Quincy Multi-Vehicle Accident on State Route 28
QUINCY, CA (August 23, 2022) – Sunday night, Dale Garcia and three others suffered injuries in a three-vehicle crash on State Route 28.

According to reports, 46-year-old Jimmy Diamond of Ellensburg drove a 2006 Lincoln Town Car. However, he failed to slow down for emergency lights for an unrelated accident. As a result, Diamond hit two trucks at the scene.

Then, responders transported Jimmy Diamond’s passenger, 61-year-old Dale Garcia of Moses Lake to a hospital with injuries.
The crash also injured three people in one of the trucks, 27-year-old Rocia Carrillo of Quincy, 24-year-old Jose Arrogo of Moses Lake, and three-year-old Axel Mollineda of Quincy. However, they refused further medical treatment.
Meanwhile, Diamond and the driver of the other truck suffered no injuries in the crash.
Moreover, officers cited Diamond for negligent driving.
Furthermore, the crash shut down the roadway for two hours, from 10:30 to roughly 12:30.
