Petaluma Motorcyclist Dale Doebler Dies in Stony Point Road Crash
Santa Rosa, CA (May 07, 2021) – On Thursday, 80-year-old Gary Caselli of Valley Ford was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash on Stony Point Road.
Moreover, the deadly accident happened at about 10:23 a.m. near Roblar Road.
Caselli was northbound on a Ram truck, making a left turn. Then, a 68-year-old motorcyclist attempted to pass him on the leftover double yellow lines. As a result, it crashed into the left side of the truck.
Shortly after, officers arrived. Later, the motorcycle rider, Dale Doebler of Petaluma, was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Meanwhile, officers said there is no indication alcohol or drugs were involved in the crash.
