19-Year-Old Dakota Driskell Killed in KK Highway Collision [Ozark County, MO]

Ozark County, MO (August 7, 2024) – 19-year-old Dakota Driskell was killed in a KK Highway collision Tuesday morning.

It was about 1:40 a.m. when the collision happened near Pottersville.

Troopers said the truck Driskell was driving went off the road, overturned, and struck a tree. 

Immediately, Driskell was rushed to a hospital in West Plains where she was declared dead. Her passenger, a 18-year-old male, sustained minor injuries.

Investigators said both Driskell and the passenger were not wearing a seatbelt during the collision.
